Using a card panel from our Kindred Spirits Card Pack – this card shows the versatility of digital cards. This was originally a 5×7 card, but I wanted to make an A-2 card. I cropped the card panel out of the ‘cut and fold’ template, so I only had the decorated panel … then just resized it to fit the front of an A-2 card. Because I wasn’t changing the dimensions too much, it didn’t look all skewed.
I printed the panel on glossy photo paper, and inked the edges with blue ink. Before attaching to the folded white card I wrapped it with white polka dot ribbon. I also added a (Wizard Nestability) bracket die cut with inked edges, attaching it over the ribbon with foam tape, and 3 self stick rhinestones for some bling. The images on the die are actually rub-ons – my first time using them. The butterfly is glittery, and oh SO pretty.
There are 33 different cards available in this Nifty Designers Kindred Spirits Card Pack.
